We strive to get your eerie essentials to you as quickly as possible so you can start transforming your home into the talk of the neighborhood!
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your spooky needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally but cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and remote areas.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your spooky shipment’s journey to your doorstep!
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We understand that sometimes a ghostly gadget might not meet your expectations, or a creepy creation may not fit your crypt. That’s why we’ve crafted a Returns & Exchanges policy that’s as straightforward as a zombie’s shuffle!
1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Halloween Animatronics (opened or used, due to potential wear and complex mechanisms)
- Inflatable Coolers (for hygiene reasons, once opened)
- Specialty Lighting (if opened or used, to ensure safety and functionality)
- Any item that has been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start the process:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your return or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds and Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.
- Exchanges: If exchanging for a different item, we’ll ship the new product once the return is received. Shipping times for exchanges follow our standard delivery estimates.
