1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Halloween Animatronics (opened or used, due to potential wear and complex mechanisms)
- Inflatable Coolers (for hygiene reasons, once opened)
- Specialty Lighting (if opened or used, to ensure safety and functionality)
- Any item that has been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start the process:

- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your return or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs
